This isn’t just another boot camp. It’s a mindset. Keith’s Stay Up, Stay In It Boot Camp pushes you to dig deep, challenge your body, and build resilience in every rep. Together, we sweat, grow, and remind ourselves that we’re stronger than we think.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • When — Saturdays, 8:00 AM (Fall start date TBA)

  • Where — Cook-Wissahickon School (201 E Salaignac St, Philadelphia, PA 19128 — Please be advised this location is subject to change)

  • Duration — 45–60 minutes

  • Workout — Full-body, all levels, high-energy circuit training

  • Bring — Towel (hand towel recommended) + water

Keith is a well-known fitness instructor in the cycling community, admired for his infectious energy, unwavering dedication, and passion for helping others reach their full potential. His commitment to health and wellness shines through in every class he teaches, inspiring countless individuals to push past their limits and embrace a healthier lifestyle. This fall, Keith is giving back in a big way by offering a fitness boot camp, open to all who are ready to take charge of their fitness journey. While the experience is open to all , there is a $20 per person fee to join this incredible summer boot camp. As Keith always says, “Stay up, stay in it”—a mantra that captures his belief in persistence, positivity, and personal growth.
